By using the services on the www.livbio.in, you are agreeing to the following terms of service, conditions, policies, etc. (“Terms of Service”) including those available by hyperlink, with Campus Sutra, which may be updated by us from time to time. Please check this page regularly to take notice of any changes we may have made to the Terms of Service.

We reserve the right to review and withdraw or amend the services without notice. If you do not agree with its terms, kindly do not use this Website.

Content , Copyright & Intellectual Property Policies

You understand that all designs, information, images, pictures, data, text, music, sound, photographs, graphics, video, messages, or other materials submitted, posted, published, displayed, performed, or offered for sale through the www.Campussutra.com ("Content"), whether publicly posted or privately transmitted, is protected by copyright and other intellectual property rights. livbioshall always make its best efforts to safeguard the interest and the rights of the designers with regards to their respective artwork.

We request you to note that livbio Retail Pvt Ltd do not prescreen any of the Content or Products that are uploaded on the Website and therefore will not be in a position to examine or evaluate the same inter-alia in terms of its accuracy, usefulness, safety or such other features. Livbio only provides an online platform for the artists to display their creativity, sell their Products inter-alia on the Website and benefit to the best out of it. In doing so, we request you to be legally compliant as required under applicable laws since we do not check so as to whether they have obtained all required rights to do so.

Further, livbio Retail Pvt Ltd  do not own any of the intellectual property rights including copyright over the designs, contents and Products displayed for sale on the Website as the same are completely owned by such designers uploading the same or their assignees. Livbio Retail Pvt Ltd only provides a platform that would facilitate the purchase and sale of the Products uploaded by the designers and do not own any content or have any other rights over the same. The user hereby agrees that claim being made in relation to the intellectual property rights of the contents / designs/ Products uploaded on the Website will be made directly against such designers who have uploaded it and livbioRetail Pvt Ltd shall not be responsible or liable in relation to the same.

LIABILITY

You will not hold livbio responsible for other users' Content, actions or inactions, or collaborations. We have no control over and do not guarantee the quality, safety, or legality of collaborations advertised, the truth or accuracy of users' Content, the ability of parties to deliver on collaborations, or that the parties will actually complete a transaction.

We cannot guarantee continuous or secure access to our services, and operation of the Website may be interfered with by numerous factors outside of our control. Accordingly, to the extent legally permitted, we exclude all implied warranties, terms, and conditions related to use thereof. We are not liable for any loss of money, goodwill, or reputation, or any special, indirect, or consequential damages arising out of your use of the Website and services. You acknowledge that we may not be able to confirm the identity of other registered users or prevent them acting under false pretenses or in a manner that infringes the rights of any person.

TERMINATION OF ACCOUNT

livbiomay terminate your access to all or any part of its services at any time, with or without cause, with or without notice, effective immediately. You may terminate your use of the service at any time. However, you shall continue to be bound by all provisions of these Terms of Service, which shall survive termination, including, without limitation, ownership provisions, warranty disclaimers, indemnity, and limitations of liability.

Livbio will terminate your access to the site if you are determined to be, in livbio sole discretion, a repeat infringer of the Content & Copyright Policy and/or these Terms of Service.

livbiomay, but shall not be obligated to, give you one warning if you have violated these Terms of Service prior to termination of your account.

By accepting the terms and conditions, the user consents to pay livbiothe complete amount for the order placed by them from Campus Sutra. However, livbio does not control the amount charged to the user by their bank related to their purchase from Campus Sutra, to which livbio disclaims any liability in this regard.

livbio POINTS

livbioPoints are issued with an expiry date and can be redeemed only before expiry.

livbioPoints cannot be used with discount coupons on an order.

The total livbio Points that can be used in one transaction is subject to the cart value. A max of 10% of the cart value can be redeemed via livbioPoints for any transaction.

If livbiohas suspicion or knowledge that any Customer is or has been involved in any fraudulent or illegal activity directly or indirectly, livbio reserves the right to disqualify/remove all livbioPoints/cancel order of such Customer and any related Customers.

Livbio shall not be responsible if a purchase is not registered or is lost due to any network issues, breakdown of machinery, disruption in the network or non-receipt of payment from banks/payment gateways and/or the cost(s) charged by the network operator(s). Any dispute in connection to the same shall be settled between the end customer and the network operator, and livbio shall not be liable for the same.

Livbio reserves the right to amend, modify, cancel, update or suspend livbio Points at any time without notice. Upon such premature amendment, modification, cancellation, updation, or suspension of livbio Points by Campus Sutra, no person shall be entitled to claim loss of any kind whatsoever against livbio or its affiliates.

livbioPoints are open only for end consumers and not resellers.

livbioPoints cannot be settled in cash and are not transferable.

Users are not bound in any way to participate in this offer. Any participation is entirely voluntary, and the livbio Points allocated are being made available purely on a best effort basis.

You hereby agree to indemnify and keep indemnified livio against all damages, liabilities, costs, expenses, claims, suits and proceedings (including reasonable attorney’s fee) that may be suffered by livbio because of (i) violation of terms of these terms and conditions by you; (ii) violation of applicable laws; (iii) wilful negligence or misconduct on your part in dealing with the Platform.
